1. Who we are
Hypervibe is developed and operated by Lucio Sianca, LLC, trading as Hypervibe ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@hypervibe.so.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle handles checkout, payment, invoicing, applicable taxes and the customer portal, and provides customer service for billing enquiries.
2. What you get
Hypervibe is a native macOS app that runs CLI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI as real terminals on a visual board, with voice orchestration, agent teams, loops, project memory and studios. The subscription, Hypervibe Pro, unlocks the full app for one person, on the Macs you own, including every update released while the subscription is active. Consoles, workspaces and repos run on your Mac and are not metered.
Two features run on our servers: the voice planner, which turns your spoken or typed commands into a plan, and the spoken replies, which are generated as audio from short text lines. Both draw from one allowance of 10,000 shared credits per monthly subscription cycle. Annual subscribers also receive a new allowance each month from the purchase date while the paid year remains active. Usage deducts a variable number of credits based on the work and voice generated; one credit is not one request. Unused credits do not roll over, have no cash or redemption value, and cannot be transferred. The balance is available in your account. When a limit is reached, the planner falls back to the app's built-in command parser and replies are shown as text until the limit resets. Reaching a limit never adds a charge to your subscription.
The agents themselves are not included. You need your own access to each agent you connect, paid to its provider under its own terms.
3. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Hypervibe on devices you own or control, for your own development work, for as long as your subscription is active.
4. Account
Using the app, and managing your license and billing, requires a Hypervibe account. You sign in with Google or with an email address; sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. Keep your credentials secure: you are responsible for activity under your account, and you agree not to share it beyond the seats you have purchased. Your repositories and microphone audio are not synchronized through your account. Planner commands and board context can contain excerpts you or an agent wrote; see our Privacy Policy for hosted processing and local workspace storage.
5. Subscription, renewal and cancellation
- Price. Hypervibe Pro costs USD 19 per month or USD 190 per year. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which Paddle adds at checkout where it applies.
- Billing. You are billed in advance for each period. The subscription renews automatically at the end of every period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipt, or by emailing us. You can also open the portal from your Hypervibe account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Price changes. If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
6. What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the app without our written permission.
- Use the app to build or operate anything unlawful, or to violate the rights of others.
- Circumvent license enforcement or share your account or license beyond your purchased seats.
7. Your responsibility for agent output
Hypervibe commands autonomous coding agents that read, write and execute changes in your repositories. You are responsible for reviewing everything the agents produce before you merge, deploy or ship it. Agents can make mistakes. Nothing typed for you is sent for you: prepared prompts wait for your Enter, and review and merge remain your decision.
8. Third-party agents and services
The app orchestrates third-party agents, such as Claude Code or Codex, which are governed by their own terms and pricing. You are responsible for holding valid access to any agent you connect and for complying with its terms. Hypervibe is not liable for third-party agent behavior, availability or cost.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Hypervibe is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that agent output will be correct. Keep backups and use version control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hypervibe and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost data, lost profits, or damage to code or systems arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using Hypervibe and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or end your license if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as disclaimers, liability limits and license restrictions, survive termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the product develops. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. We identify revisions by date and obtain renewed acceptance when required. A later revision does not retroactively change an already completed transaction or remove mandatory consumer rights.
13. Governing law
Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction are determined by the rules that apply to your contract and location. These Terms do not require you to use an exclusive foreign court or waive mandatory consumer protections. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those available in your country of residence. Paddle’s buyer terms separately govern your purchase from Paddle.
