- Refund Policy
Changed your mind? Say so.
This policy covers refunds for Hypervibe subscriptions bought through our website. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued by Paddle to the payment method you used.
| Charge | Window | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| First purchase | 14 days from the charge | Full refund, any reason. |
| Annual renewal | 14 days from the renewal charge | Full refund. |
| Monthly renewal | No refund window | Cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged again; access runs to the end of the month you paid for. |
1. First purchase: 14 days, any reason
If Hypervibe is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first purchase and you get your money back in full. No questions, no forms to justify.
2. Renewals
- Annual renewals can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.
- Monthly renewals are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date and you will not be charged again; your access continues until the end of the month you already paid for.
3. Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the current period. It does not trigger a refund on its own. If you want one, and you are inside the windows above, ask for it as described below.
4. How to ask
- Email contact@hypervibe.so from the address you used at checkout, with your order number or a copy of the Paddle receipt.
- You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.
- We answer within two business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including any withdrawal rights in the EU and UK.
6. Contact
Questions about billing or refunds: contact@hypervibe.so.
Access after a refund
An approved partial refund, including a tax-only refund, keeps access through the original paid period, subject to the subscription’s status. An approved full refund removes access supported by that payment; several partial refunds totaling the full payment have the same effect. A refund of an older payment does not revoke a separate, valid newer payment. Canceling a renewal is different: it stops the next charge while preserving the paid period. Mandatory consumer rights and Paddle’s applicable buyer terms continue to apply.
